KnowemThis a fantastic resource that will give you a wealth of information on domains and social media handle availability.  As an entrepreneur you understand that branding is extremely important and usernames on social media networks need to be inline with that branding.  Knowem allows you to search available names and shows  if those names are available on over 350 platforms.  It is free to use and you can also purchase/register your chosen domain name.  Check your username availability across over 350 different social media sites.

Sell Paid ContentSell Paid Content is a training course facilitate by the makers of Wishlist member.  Although there are tons of free Wishlist training videos available, I found that this course gave me the most bang for my buck.  It really boosted the time spent creating the my membership to actually getting it up and running.    It is definitely worth trying out.  The great thing is the course content can be used for creating any member site.  It doesn’t only apply to Wishlist member.  This course is has a great workflow and the information is easy to consume.  I still refer back to the content when I’m tweaking my member site.   Click here to learn how to set up a member site.

Wishlist MemberWishlist Member is a highly robust plugin that works extremely well with WordPress.  I’ve used it for my learning site.  What I love about this plugging is it’s ease of use.  The providers of this software have posted tons of training videos that walk the users through every aspect of putting together a member site.  Also the kicker is that (at the time of this posting) there is one a one time fee.  As you know most online software providers are switching to a tiered annual fee.  So this makes the pricing extremely affordable.  I’m currently using it for my private client learning portal and so for I have to give it a huge thumbs up.  Click here to start your member site.  I highly recommended it.

Wishlist InsiderWishlist Insider is a community site for entrepreneurs who share their successes and knowledge of membership sites.  There is consistently update information to include articles, videos, and audio.  There is also a huge forum site for membership questions to be addressed.  One bonus for joining the community are the bonus which are released monthly.    I’ve found the community extremely valuable to my membership site success. Easy WebinarEasy Webinar was a fantastic find for me.  This software encompasses everything need to build an effective webinar with all the bells and whistles in place.  Those bells and whistles include everything from building a registration page to the instant creation of  followup emails after the webinar is over.  Of course there is much, much more.  Again it is offer for a one time price at this time.  It is extremely easy to use, set up and there is even a way to perform statistical analysis.  You can pick up your copy of Easy Webinar by clicking here.

Image Creation Services

99 Designs99 Designs is a logo and image design service. Branding is ubber important when it comes to marketing any business, especially online.  99 Designs is a great service to use to really take your brand to the next level.  You can pick form existing designs or have your brands log or images created from scratch.  You can also have all things business related designed as far as images.  That means images to go on business card, stationary and more.  If you don’t aspired to be a graphics designer then click here to see what 99 Designs has to offer.

 

PicMonkey_LogoPicMonkey was one of the first image editing 3rd party resources I used for my website and social media accounts.  I began using it back in 2013.  I’m still using PicMonkey to this day for what I call quick jobs like resizing images or creating quick graphics when I’m in a pinch for time.  Pick monkey is one of the easiest imaging software to use.  You can start building your own unique images for free by clicking here. 

 

CanvaI’ll have to say, I use Canva every single day.  No joke.  As an entrepreneur I understand the importance of time and the importance of working smarter.  Using  Canva is a smart choice and it is a choice I recommend to my clients.  If you are a do-it-yourselfer like me and enjoy designing images then Canva is the way to go.  Canva adds new templates almost daily and of course you can create your own unique images.  Click here to start building your image library.

Smart Scheduling & Monitoring

hootsuiteHootsuite is social media management tool that most successful social media mangers use everyday.  It’s not just for social media professionals.  It it can be used by any entrepreneur to organize all their social media feeds and activity in one place.  I highly recommend upgrading to the pro plan.  This will open up additional time saving features to boost online productivity exponentially.  Task that can be perform are social media posting, automated scheduling, filtered newsfeed and advance searches.  That is the tip of the iceberg.  You can view the view I made for Bulk posting using Hootsuite.  Get your free account or Pro account by clicking here.

TailwindTailwindapp is a must have resources if you are posting to Pinterest.  Pinterest is definitely fun to use, but it is also highly efficient to get targeted traffic back to your website.  With Tailwindapp you will be able to schedule pins to specific boards on specific days.  Tailwind will also give suggest best times to pin which is awesome.  The kicker is that you can also schedule pins form your Instagram account.  Tailwind offers comprehensive reports which is awesome to track ROI (Return on Investment)  I use this tool almost everyday. Here is a Pinterest Tool I highly recommend.

TweetDeckI use TweetDeck everyday.  TweetDeck makes it possible to organize 95% of my Twitter workflow.  You can load the application to your desktop or use it from your internet browser.  Some useful features is the ability to create separate feeds which can be filtered, add quotes to retweets and view additional information on other Twitter profiles. This is a total free application and it is extremely powerful.  You can download the app and get additional information here. 

 

BufferappBufferApp is another social media management tool must have.  Again, I use BufferApp almost everyday.  It allows you to manage and schedule post on multiple accounts.  One of the great features is that it handles images well.  This is another free tool but it does have some upgraded features.  It gets a thumb up in my book.  You can view more information here.

 

Sprout SocialSprout Social is social media management tool also, however it is not one that I have used in the past.  I’m recommending it because many of my peers use it and it is important to have choices.  Sprout Socials features include the ability to engage your audience, monitoring of your brand’s keywords and they also provide analytics with is supper important to measure return on investment.  Need more info?  Click here..
